Return/Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. We understand personalized and customized items are made unique for you, and we cannot be returned/refund unless there is processing fault.

1. Refunds/Exchanged

i. We only accept refund / exchanges if the item under the following conditions:

  • We made the in-corrected product
  • We made the wrong personalized design
  • Product is defective

ii. We DO NOT accept refund / exchanges if the item under the following conditions:

  • Product have been used or damaged by customer
  • Product ordered due to own mistake or other issues by customer

Refund or exchanged are easier now as you may submit your return/exchange request with reason(s) and attach with a photo of the item’s condition upon received to hello@solcharmingideas.com or WhatsApp us at  +60173110077. We will response to your request within 24 working hours.


2.Please take note of some information about return and exchange reason’s:

  • Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual Product that you receive because of the lighting of product shooting. This is not a reason for exchanges.
  • A refund will be processed directly if the item(s) have run out of stock for exchanges.
  • Exchanges will only be done for the item(s) in its original condition (original packaging and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
  • For wooden items, products may vary in terms of symmetry/wood colour/wood pattern. Exchange due to the mentioned reasons will not be accepted.
  • For personalized items, there may be mechanical uncertainty. In such cases, the variance of differences in measurement within 1-2mm will not be considered as a defect.
  • We will ship out the exchanged item(s) within 48 hours once the item is received. It normally takes 4-6 working days for the parcel to arrive at your doorstep.

3.RETURNS

The item is on your responsibility until it reached us. For your own protection, we recommend you to send the items using the reliable courier agent and pack the item properly. Please send the consignment note to us in case we shall need them for reference.

  • For defective/in-corrected items that we approved, we will bear the shipping fees paid by the customer.
  • Return of items can only be done one time per order.
  • All the return requests which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.

4.In the event the Product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your Order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
