  2. This is a reply form for the buyer to fill out after receiving a confirmation email with an ORDER NUMBER. 
  3. Buyers ordered products with “NO PHOTO/IMAGES ENGRAVING” products, please ignore list 4 & 5 and leave blanks in the fill-in form below.
  4. Please prepare the photo or image to be engraved first, then upload and fill in the details.
  5. Please upload 2-3 images for engraving. Designer will choose one of the best image from here.
  6. All photos or images must follow the simple requirements of the following guidelines.

1. Clear and contrast background behind portrait
2. ZOOM “+” in without Blur effect
3. Left & Right with equal exposure effect

Special Note:
All natural wood or bamboo wood has unique, irregular stripes, hardness, colors and patterns, etc. Therefore, these may affect the visual effect after engraving. If the shopper cannot accept the above features, please reply here so that we can refund. Thereafter, the company will ignore this issue. If the shopper requests a refund, please leave a message in the remarks column.
